We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable communication.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with calling targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professional appearance.
