Core Responsibilities

- Create Technical Drawings: Draw accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and structural layouts using CAD software like AutoCAD.
- Follow Municipal Regulations: Ensure all plans strictly comply with Mumbai's DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulation) guidelines, such as FSI (Floor Space Index), setbacks, and parking norms.
- Prepare BMC Submission Sets: Assemble and develop complete drawing packages required for civic approvals, building proposals, and commencement certificates.
- Coordinate with Professionals: Work alongside licensed surveyors, structural engineers, and architects to align designs with site conditions and technical requirements.
- Revise and Update Plans: Modify blueprints based on feedback, objections, or design adjustments requested by BMC municipal authorities or senior project managers.
- Maintain Records: Keep organized archives of all project blueprints, municipal correspondence, and revision histories

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
