We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and energetic Banquet & Sales Coordinator to support our sales and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate events from initial inquiry through execution, maintain solid relationships with clients, and work closely with the banquet, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure every event is delivered smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle banquet and event inquiries, including weddings, conferences, meetings, corporate functions, parties, and social events.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event packages.
- Coordinate venue inspections, client meetings, tastings, and pre-event consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, contracts, payments, and client requirements.
- Coordinate event details with the banquet, kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other operational departments.
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Flows and ensure all departments are informed of event requirements.
- Assist with menu planning, seating arrangements, décor, audiovisual requirements, and other event-related arrangements.
- Monitor event schedules, timelines, guest requirements, and special requests.
- Be present during events when required to coordinate with clients and operational teams.
- Ensure client expectations are met and resolve event-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and collect client feedback.
- Support the Sales Manager/Director of Sales in achieving banquet and event revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and other business contacts.
- Assist with promotional activities,



sales calls, client visits, and networking initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on inquiries, bookings, revenue, conversion rates, and upcoming events.
- Ensure all sales and banquet activities comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banquet sales, hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of banquet operations, event planning, and hospitality services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event requirements.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
