Job Description

The incumbent will have the day to day responsibility for Clients Corporate Accounting & Reporting function for companies and SPCs, mainly incorporated in Cayman, along with overseeing the activities, outputs and processes including all relevant financial statements.

Fund Accountant will also have a strong foundation in financial accounting as applied to investment management.

Must have direct experience in designing and maintaining a chart of accounts for fund structures, with a transparent understanding of how accounts are organized across assets, liabilities, equity, income, and expenses at the fund entity level.

- Act as the system owner/sponsor for the company’s accounting and reporting system.

- - Prepare and perform the review of financial data and preparation of financial statements and reports for both internal and external purposes and do accounting and reporting problem resolution consistent with strategic objectives of Company and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, applicable regulations, and company policies and procedures.

- - Prepare various financial reports as required from time to time.

- - Providing support to other departments and managers in the matters of Finance and payments.

- - Deal with internal and external auditors and supply relevant information.





- - Work closely with the members of the service provider team on Finance related matters to ensure smooth coordination in day-to-day functioning and achievement of role objectives.

- - Ensure high standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

- - Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).

- Knowledge of International standards and regulatory requirements for Accounting and Reporting

- - Experience in design and implementation of financial accounting and internal control systems

- - Familiarity with various accounting systems

- - Reporting and presentation skills

- - Problem solving and analysis skills

- - Results orientation and execution skills

- - Fluent in English
