Chitkara University is looking for a young, creative and technology-driven MBA professional with a strong eye for products, design, quality and presentation.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new products, understanding emerging trends and using AI tools extensively for research, idea generation, product discovery and effective presentations.

What we are looking for:

MBA with relevant exposure to merchandising, product sourcing, retail, marketing or category management

In-depth knowledge and practical application of AI tools

Ability to use AI for trend research, product discovery, supplier mapping, concept development, mood boards and presentations

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of products,



packaging, materials and presentation

Interest in exploring markets, exhibitions, suppliers, emerging brands and current product categories

Good communication, vendor coordination and negotiation skills

A proactive, resourceful and self-driven go-getter who brings fresh ideas and takes ownership

The role will involve researching trends, curating products, identifying vendors, developing merchandise concepts and coordinating the journey from idea and sampling to final execution.
