About the Role

Sourcelink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Client Relationship Executive who is confident, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, maintaining professional relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Freshers are welcome, and candidates from any educational background can apply. Prior experience is not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand their hiring and recruitment requirements.
- Handle client queries and provide timely responses.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
- Follow up with clients regarding open requirements, candidate profiles, interviews, and recruitment status.
- Maintain regular communication through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Schedule client meetings and discussions when required.
- Ensure a positive and professional client experience.
- Maintain records of client interactions, requirements, follow-ups, and updates.
- Identify opportunities to develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to the relevant internal team.
- Achieve assigned client relationship and business development targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years.
- Candidates from any educational background are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
