Responsibilities:

* Lead architectural design, planning, and project development

* Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations

* Review and approve design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors

* Ensure designs comply with building standards, codes, and regulations

* Oversee site inspections and provide technical guidance during execution

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning

* Mentor junior architects and draftsmen

* Prepare proposals, reports, and documentation for project approvals

Requirements:

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design software

* Excellent creativity, visualization, and conceptual design skills

* Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

* Leadership, project management, and communication skills

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution

* 3 years of relevant architectural experience

* Proven portfolio of completed projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
