Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily furniture production and manpower.
- Allocate work to carpenters, machine operators and helpers.
- Monitor modular kitchen, wardrobe, workstation, TV unit and other furniture production.
- Check measurements, drawings, cut lists and material requirements.
- Ensure proper assembly, alignment, finishing and quality.
- Coordinate with the design, production, stores and site teams.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Handle worker attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of furniture/materials when required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machines.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with management for solutions.




- Maintain daily production progress and work-status reports.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company rules.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred for effective communication with workers.

Qualification & Experience:
ITI / Diploma / Degree preferred. Experience in modular furniture, interior or woodworking manufacturing is an advantage. Valuable manpower handling, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
