Job Description : Production Technician

Role Description:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day electronics production activities including winding work, assembly operations, wire harness preparation, and SMD component soldering. The role requires attention to quality, basic technical understanding, and the ability to follow production processes and work instructions.

Responsibilities :

- Perform winding work, electronics assembly, and wire harness preparation as per production requirements.
- Carry out SMD and through-hole component soldering with proper quality standards.
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Conduct basic testing,



inspection, and rework activities during production and assembly processes.
- Maintain proper production documentation, daily work records, and material usage details.
- Submit work status updates and report production issues, quality concerns, and progress to the Unit Head regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related field
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electronics production, assembly, soldering, or wiring-related activities
- Basic knowledge of soldering, wiring, and electronics assembly processes
- Familiarity with electronic components, PCB handling, and production tools
- Good hand-soldering skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
- Strong discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn

Reporting to : Unit Head / Production Manager
Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
Base Location: Ganapathy (Near Einstein Public School), Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
