WeTieUp is looking for a Video Editing Intern who understands what makes a Reel engaging not just someone who knows how to cut clips.

You’ll work on real client projects and social media content, creating short-form videos designed to grab attention, retain viewers, and communicate a clear message.

What You’ll Work On

- Editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & other short-form videos
- Creating engaging cuts, transitions & pacing
- Adding clean and attention-grabbing captions/subtitles
- Selecting and syncing music, sound effects & audio
- Creating hooks and edits that improve viewer retention
- Editing talking-head, educational, promotional & trend-based content
- Following current social media editing trends
- Understanding how editing can contribute to views, engagement & growth
- Taking feedback and improving edits accordingly

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who genuinely enjoys video editing
- Good understanding of Reels/Shorts editing
- Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
- Comfortable working with captions, music, cuts and basic motion graphics
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
- Willingness to learn and experiment




- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions quickly
- Portfolio/Reel is preferred

Freshers are welcome if you have a strong editing portfolio or personal projects.

Stipend

₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

The stipend can depend on your editing skills, experience and quality of work.
