Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Present gold, diamond and other jewellery collections.
- Recommend jewellery according to the customer's occasion, style and budget.
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.




- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Customer-friendly and confident personality
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
- Jewellery or retail sales experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent sales and communication skills can also apply
