Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities to support the organization’s growth and admissions targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to colleges, educational institutions, training centers, and other potential partners.
- Generate admissions for add-on courses through collaborations with colleges and educational institutions.
- Identify suitable institutions and initiate discussions for partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, training coordinators, and other institutional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for conducting promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and student engagement programs.
- Negotiate and coordinate the process of signing MOUs with colleges and educational institutions.




- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and training centers for providing Skill University certificates for relevant courses.
- Follow up with prospective institutional partners and ensure timely completion of discussions, documentation, and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and institutional partnerships.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, partnerships, and conversions in the ERP/system.
- Prepare regular reports on field visits, business development activities, institutional tie-ups, and admissions generated.
- Achieve assigned business development and admission targets within the given timelines.
- Explore new channels and opportunities to expand the organization’s institutional network and business presence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
