Production Supervisor

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Manage workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
- Monitor product quality and reduce material wastage.
- Ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and workplace safety.
- Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and material records.
- Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely production and smooth manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or precast concrete industry.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and worker management.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets and maintain workplace discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
