We are looking for a skilled and dedicated PTE Trainer to join our team and specializes in preparing individuals for the Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic by providing focused instruction and guidance on the test format, question types, and strategies for success in all four sections: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
Job Location: Pala, Kottayam
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction:Delivering high-quality training sessions, either online or in person, covering all aspects of the PTE Academic test.
- Curriculum Development: Creating and implementing lesson plans that address specific student needs and weaknesses.
- Practice and Feedback:Conducting practice tests and providing constructive feedback on performance to help students identify areas for improvement.
- Test-Taking Strategies: Equipping students with effective strategies and techniques to tackle different question types and maximize their scores.
- Language Development:Helping students enhance their overall English language skills in areas like grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Motivation and Support:Providing encouragement and support to students throughout their PTE preparation journey.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate training records and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong English Language Proficiency:A high level of English language skills is essential, including a deep understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- PTE Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the PTE Academic test format, question types, and scoring system is crucial.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching English or preparing students for standardized tests is highly desirable.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills are significant for effectively engaging with students.
