Microsoft 365 (M365) Project Manager

Job Summary

Lakarya is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage Microsoft 365 deployments, migrations, security initiatives, collaboration platform implementations, and infrastructure modernization projects while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) migrations
- Microsoft Teams deployments
- SharePoint Online implementations
- OneDrive migrations
- Exchange Online migrations
- Endpoint modernization and Intune deployments
- Microsoft Security and Compliance initiatives
- Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
- Coordinate with technical architects, engineers, stakeholders, vendors, and client teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and executive status reporting.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies,



and mitigation plans.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure projects follow Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure successful project closure.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Teams
- OneDrive
- Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- Power Platform
- Experience managing cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, AZ-104, or related).
- Experience with MSP or managed services environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise or government clients.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
