Position Title: Modular Furniture Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Modular Furniture Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in interior, furniture, or related industries. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through site visits, references, and networking
- Understand client requirements for modular furniture (corporate office/ niversity interiors)
- Present product solutions, layouts, and proposals to clients
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for project feasibility
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and follow up for closures
- Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of modular furniture/interior solutions




- Client handling and relationship management
- Basic knowledge of drawings, layouts, and BOQ
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Preferred Background

- Experience in modular furniture, interior design, or construction industry
- Familiarity with office furniture, kitchen wardrobes, or turnkey solutions
