Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, patience, and the ability to understand and resolve customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about product/services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Handle order-related queries, complaints, and follow-ups when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional communication at all times.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle customers calmly.
- Previous experience in customer service/call handling is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

- Positive and approachable personality.
- Quick learner with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
