Role Summary:

We are hiring a Assistant / Deputy Manager for our Process Engineering Department (PED) department. This role is responsible for process planning, technical drafting, and tool/fixture design within a machine-building and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Planning: Plan workflows for machined components, fabrication, and product assembly.
- Tooling Design: Design drill jigs and fixtures using 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD / Solid Edge / SolidWorks).
- Documentation: Manage ISO QMS (Quality Management System) documentation and ERP data entries.
- Technical Layouts: Apply core manufacturing and basic heat treatment process knowledge to optimize production.

Core Requirements:

- Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience:



Minimum 10+ years in process engineering and design within a manufacturing setup.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks (2D drafting and 3D modeling).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and basic heat treatment.
- Systems & Quality: Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and ISO QMS documentation standards.
