Position: Assistant Recruiter

Location: Nagpur
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Work Mode: Work from Office

What You’ll Do:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other platforms
- Screen resumes and identify relevant candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic screening
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Update daily recruitment activities in Excel & Google Sheets
- Assist in job posting and recruitment-related activities
- Support the Recruitment Lead in day-to-day hiring activities

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ Valuable communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel
✔ Google Sheets knowledge preferred
✔ Good follow-up and coordination skills
✔ Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates
✔ Eager to learn and build a career in Recruitment / HR
✔ Freshers with the right attitude are welcome!

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
