Customer Support Associate

Company: Technotask Business Solutions

Location: IT Park, Technotask Business Solutions Center 8, Bhopal

Salary: ₹17,000 CTC

Shift: Day Shift Only

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Document and track customer interactions in the required systems.

Coordinate with team members to resolve customer issues.

Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Good problem-solving ability.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good typing and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.





Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
