Position: Business Development Associate – Solar Solutions Location: Field-based (Local & Regional Travel Required) Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing solar energy team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, driving sales, building lasting relationships, and expanding our footprint in the renewable energy sector. This position requires frequent travel to meet clients, assess sites, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Sales: Prospect, pitch, and convert residential and commercial leads into active solar projects.
- Relationship Management: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients from initial inquiry through project handover.
- On-Site Visits & Travel: Travel within assigned regions to meet directly with prospective clients, conduct initial site assessments, and present custom solar proposals.
- Market Expansion: Identify recent sales channels, strategic partners,



and business opportunities across local markets.
- Pipeline Management: Track client interactions, deal progress, and sales metrics to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (experience in renewable energy/solar is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across local and regional territories.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in clean energy solutions.
