We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Wellbeing Officer to join our Student Services team. These additional posts have been created to strengthen our wellbeing, outreach and inclusion provision, ensuring learners receive timely, effective and student-centred support.

Reporting to the Director of Student Services, you will lead and coordinate the College's wellbeing offer across all campuses. You will play a key role in supporting disadvantaged, vulnerable and at-risk learners, removing barriers to engagement, promoting positive wellbeing, and helping students achieve successful outcomes and progression.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and support the wellbeing team to deliver high-quality, inclusive support services
- Coordinate wellbeing provision, targeted interventions and support for vulnerable learners
- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, safeguarding, SEND, parents/carers and external agencies
- Monitor wellbeing trends, oversee case management and contribute to service development and quality improvement
- Promote a trauma-informed,



learner-centred culture that enables all students to participate, achieve and progress

About You:

You will have experience of supporting young people or vulnerable learners within an education, wellbeing, youth work or community setting, together with experience of coordinating or supervising staff, projects or services. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships and manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
