- Principal / Centre Head role (only from Cambridge-IGCSE experience)
- Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in school administration, academic management, centre management, or a similar leadership role.
- Prior experience managing teachers and support staff.
- Strong understanding of academic administration and school/centre operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust parent and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
- Candidates with experience in school chains, international schools, preferably Cambridge-IGCSE Syllabus, CBSE/ICSE schools, preschools, coaching centres, or education organisations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
