Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Intern to join our team in Gurugram. Working closely with our leadership team, you will learn how data drives strategic decision-making in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize internal operational data and external real estate market trends.
- Build and maintain clean dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Analyze business metrics to identify operational trends, efficiency bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data validation tasks for department heads.




- Present actionable insights clearly to team members and key stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charting).
- Basic exposure to SQL, Python/R, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Robust problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
