Job Title: Manager – EV Charging Stations & Infrastructure Development
Location: Kottayam
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager to join our EV Charging Stations and Infrastructure Development company in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business in EV charging stations and infrastructure projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and franchise prospects
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, corporate customers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.




- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, business development, and client relationship management.
- Experience in EV, automotive, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
