- Proactively call customers to understand their concerns and provide support.
- Follow up with customers regarding reported issues and requirements.
- Identify customer concerns and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers at all times.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
