Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business objectives and decision-making.
- Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to generate meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through detailed analysis.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting templates, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role(Mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of dashboard creation and data visualization techniques.
- Experience in procurement analysis, spend analysis, supplier performance analysis, or category reporting.
- Familiarity with KPI reporting, operational reporting, and trend analysis.
