Required Skills & Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Relevant experience in CNC operation and programming.
- Knowledge of CNC controls.
- Knowledge of G-codes, M-codes, tooling, cutting parameters, and GD&T.;
- Ability to independently perform machine setting, programming, and component inspection.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and set CNC machines for precision machining of components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining drawings.
- Perform machine setting, job loading, chuck/fixture setting, tool setting, and work offset setting.
- Prepare, enter, edit, and modify CNC programs using G-codes and M-codes.
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, holders, and machining parameters.
- Carry out turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling, and other machining operations as applicable.
- Set tool offsets and make necessary dimensional corrections during production.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Understand tolerances,



fits, surface finish requirements,and basic GD&T.;
- Monitor spindle speed, feed rate, cutting conditions, coolant, tool wear, and machine performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot dimensional errors, tool wear, vibration, surface-finish issues, and programming errors.
- Optimize machining parameters and CNC programs to improve productivity and tool life.
- Maintain cutting tools, fixtures, chucks, and machine accessories in proper working condition.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and promptly report machine breakdowns or abnormalities.
- Maintain production, inspection, tool-change, and machine-operation records.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, 5S, and other practices.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
