Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to manage bakery production, daily operations, staff, quality, inventory, and overall bakery activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bakery production and operations.
- Supervise and manage bakery staff and production team.
- Plan daily production based on orders and requirements.
- Ensure quality, taste, freshness, and presentation of bakery products.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, and stock levels.
- Control wastage and production costs.
- Coordinate with purchase and management teams.
- Train and guide bakery staff.
- Maintain production and inventory records.
- Handle customer requirements and operational issues.




- Ensure smooth and efficient bakery operations.

Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in bakery production or operations.
- Experience as Bakery Manager / Bakery Incharge / Bakery Production Manager preferred.
- Good knowledge of bakery and confectionery products.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and wastage control.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates from Bakery, Hotel, Restaurant, Café, or Food Production backgrounds can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
