1. Lead end to end execution of int. & ext.packages from conception to final client handover.
2. Develop comprehensive project schedules, milestones & daily tracking report.
3. Monitor material procurement, manage vendor relationship and oversee labour deployment on- site.
4.Execution- supervise false ceiling, flooring, wall cladding, facade work, landscaping, outdoor paving.
5. Review architectural & shop drawings to resolve execution conflicts before site implementation.
6. Identify projects risks or delays proactively and implement corrective measures.
******ACCOMODATION WILL BE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY******
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
