Part-Time HR Recruiter – Fresher (Work from Office)

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Employment Type: Part-Time
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Work Schedule: 3 days a week, 3–4 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:

- Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
