We're now expanding into Bangalore and Chennai.

About the role

Help musicians find the perfect instrument and audio gear while delivering an exceptional buying experience. If you're passionate about music, enjoy talking to customers, and love closing sales, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

- - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

- - Understand customer requirements and recommend the right musical instruments & audio equipment.

- - Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, quotations,



and pending orders to drive conversions.

- - Build strong customer relationships through timely communication and expert guidance.

What you bring

Key skills

- - Solid communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

- - Passion for music, musical instruments, and audio gear.

- - Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

- - Comfortable using CRM software (Zoho or equivalent).

- - Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

- - Good problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
