We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can work with teams, understand what is slowing things down and use data to help find practical solutions.

This role is not just about preparing reports. You’ll spend time understanding business requirements, checking numbers, improving processes and turning day-to-day information into something useful for the team.

What you’ll be handling

- Gather requirements from different teams and turn them into transparent action points.
- Review sales, operations and customer data to identify patterns or gaps.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Use Excel to analyse data, build trackers and maintain business reports.
- Work with teams to understand process issues and suggest workable improvements.
- Check reports and source data for inconsistencies before sharing them.
- Track key business figures and flag unusual changes or delays.
- Document processes, requirements and findings in a simple, usable format.

What you should be comfortable with

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel,



including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis.
- Good understanding of business reporting and process tracking.
- Familiarity with Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with different teams and ask the right questions when information is unclear.

The person we're looking for

You don't have to be a technical expert. What matters is that you can look at a business problem, break it down, work through the available information and explain your findings clearly.
