Job Responsibilities

- Support the marketing team in generating B2B leads and recent business opportunities.
- Research potential customers in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, water treatment, power and heavy engineering.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer and lead database.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding enquiries, quotations and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Estimation and Technical teams for customer requirements.
- Prepare and send company profiles, brochures, presentations and product/service information.
- Assist in preparing quotations, enquiry reports and MIS reports.
- Track enquiries from initial contact through quotation and order confirmation.




- Arrange customer meetings and coordinate site visits / technical discussions.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and potential projects.
- Assist in maintaining Sunbeam's website and social-media/online presence.
- Support participation in industrial exhibitions, customer meetings and marketing events.
- Maintain records of customer communications, enquiries and follow-ups.
