*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a polite, active and customer-focused Steward to serve guests, maintain cleanliness and support smooth restaurant operations. You will be the first point of contact for guests for food and beverage service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Guest Service:* Greet guests, present menu, take food & beverage orders accurately and serve as per standard.

- *Table Management:* Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware. Clear tables quickly after guests leave.

- *Hygiene & Cleanliness:* Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service area, and stewarding area. Follow FSSAI hygiene standards.

- *Support Kitchen:* Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food pickup and delivery.

- *Stock Handling:* Ensure adequate stock of plates, glasses, napkins. Report breakage / shortage.

- *Billing Assistance:* Assist captain/cashier in presenting bills and thanking guests.





- *Compliance:* Follow grooming standards, safety rules, and SOPs at all times.

*Requirements:*

- *Education:* 10th / 12th Pass. Diploma in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.

- *Experience:* 0-2 years as Steward, Waiter, or Kitchen Steward. Freshers can apply.

- *Age:* 18 - 30 years

*Skills Required:*

- Good communication in Hindi & basic English

- Customer service oriented and well-groomed

- Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts

- Teamwork, honesty, and punctuality

*Working Conditions:*

- 6 days working, rotational shift, rotational off

- Uniform + Duty Meal provided by company

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,996.44 per month
