Job Summary

Mithila Softech is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling clients, managing leads, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Present suitable IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals and client communications when required.




- Contribute to business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience in the IT/software industry.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience with lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.

Preferred Experience

Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, or IT Services will be an advantage.
