Job Title: Sr. Manager – Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned P&L; leader with extensive experience in managing hospital chains. The incumbent will be responsible for driving overall profitability, operational excellence, and strategic growth for our healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L; Ownership: Complete ownership of Profit & Loss for the Units, Pricing, and Cashless Business Expansion.

Finance Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations of hospitals to ensure efficiency, cost control, and compliance.

Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.

Cost Optimization:



Control operational costs, man power, and resource utilization.

Team Leadership: Lead large cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance & Clinical.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA – Finance

15+ years of experience with P&L; role in a Chain of Hospitals

Valuable IT Understanding, MS Office.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to be based out of Noida HO with travel to units.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
