Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our education/EdTech company. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining courses and programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Understand students’ career and educational requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

* Explain course details, fees, benefits, eligibility, and enrollment process.

* Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

* Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.





* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

* Build solid relationships with students and parents.

* Handle queries and objections professionally.

* Coordinate with the counselling, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
