About the Role

TYGO Ventures is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Intern to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, documentation, and execution.

This is an opportunity for a fresh graduate who wants practical exposure to how a growing business operates, coordinates teams, and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily business and operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on assigned tasks
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution
- Maintain reports, documents, and operational trackers
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist management with coordination and execution
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements
- Handle other coordination and administrative tasks as required

Who We're Looking For





- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work independently
- Prior internship or relevant experience is an added advantage
