. To ensure perfect functioning of all equipment’s.

. Avoid totally breakdown by ensuring effective preventive maintenance.

. To operate all system effectively y optimum utilization of men and power.

. To deal with team of technical men power for efficient functioning of maintenance department.

. Maintenance of shop floor machine/boiler/air compressor D.G. Set/ Air Conditioning & other sets.

. Installation of mechanical/electrical m/c & equipment’s.

. Liaison with boiler inspector & various vender.

. Preventive maintenance for plant & machinery & cost reduction.

. Provide technical feedback to subordinate.

. To train technicians up to the level of operating all machineries and utility equipment’s independently.

. To maintain and operate HAVC system properly without any break down

.



Responsible for equipment and machine calibration with co-ordination from head Q.A.

. Responsible for validation of HAVC system.

. Responsible for cleaning of filters fitted with LAF, RLAF, HAVC equipment’s

. To maintain to HR policies like personal hygiene, leave policy, Training, reliving etc.

. To make compliance on the data integrity

. Check and ensure that respective documents are maintained according to Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

. Maintain GLP, GDP and keep Working are auditable.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
