WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹4.8 LPA (Approx. ₹40,000/month)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and other teams.
- Monitor project progress, production schedules, and timely completion.
- Support risk assessment, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors for material sourcing, quality, and delivery.
- Support quality inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain project documents, engineering records, and reports.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of project management and manufacturing processes.
- Valuable understanding of mechanical engineering.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
