Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Prepare HVAC system designs, layouts and load calculations based on project requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects.
- Select and size AHUs, chillers, ventilation systems, ducting and other HVAC equipment.
- Prepare technical specifications, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Analyse vendor quotations and conduct price comparison and cost optimization.
- Prepare and review HVAC drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal project teams.
- Provide technical inputs and support during project execution and installation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable GMP, cleanroom and HVAC standards.
- Maintain project documentation including calculations, BOQs, drawings, estimates and revisions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
