About Licksters

Licksters is a premium fruit-based popsicle and ice cream brand known for its real-fruit products and the tagline “Isse Jyada Fruits Kahi Nahi.”

We are looking for an energetic and committed Working Partner to help expand Licksters’ retail presence and distribution network in Surat and surrounding areas.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to work, build, grow and earn as a business partner, rather than simply work for a fixed salary.

About the Role

As a Working Partner, you will take an active role in growing the Licksters business.

You will be responsible for developing new retailers, maintaining existing relationships, increasing sales and helping build a strong distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new retail outlets and business opportunities
- Visit shops, supermarkets, cafés and other potential outlets
- Introduce Licksters products to new retailers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers
- Generate regular orders and increase sales
- Coordinate product supply and distribution
- Follow up on payments and outstanding orders
- Identify new areas and opportunities for market expansion
- Support promotional and marketing activities
- Take ownership of day-to-day sales and business development activities




- Work closely with the existing Licksters team to achieve growth targets

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly motivated and business-minded
- Ready to work actively in the field
- Good at communication and relationship building
- Confident in approaching recent retailers
- Willing to take responsibility and ownership
- Interested in long-term business growth
- Familiar with Surat's retail/FMCG market is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG, ice cream, food distribution, sales or retail will be preferred

Freshers with strong business interest and excellent communication skills may also apply.
