Role Over View:

To facilitate theoretical learning experiences in the respective subjects. The faculty member will be responsible for conducting theory classes, ensuring discipline, managing lab sessions batchwise, mentoring students, Engage and involve in PTM and support students in practical. project and record writing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective teaching and student understanding of the subject.

2. Maintain a disciplined and interactive learning workplace.

3. Conduct fair, timely, and effective assessments.

4. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Achieve 100% pass result in examinations for all applicable assessments. 2.



At least one state-level rank in annual public or board exams.

3. Student attendance rate in subject class (Target: ≥75%).

4. At least one state-level rank in annual public or board exams.

5. Conduct monthly parent/faculty/student feedback sessions with at least 80% satisfaction rate.
