We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1.5 years of experience who have a strong interest in sales, client handling, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Connect with potential clients and build strong business relationships
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases
- Follow up with leads and support the conversion process
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi-speaking ability is required/preferred
- Solid interest in sales and business development
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience can apply
- Prior exposure to sales or business development is an added advantage
