Job Description

1. Develop new systems and processes for the recent products or for the improvement of existing ones.
2. Organize, plan, commission and maintain production lines
3. Coordination of projects
4. Working with other departments such as Product Dev, Production, Maintenance, Purchase, Quality, to ensure all products and systems requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to finished result.
5. Working with other professionals such as accountants and human resources personnel, to manage budget aspects and recruitment & skill up-gradation of operators/engineers
6. Examine and procurement of new equipment to ensure the highest quality at the best price
7. Proposal Making & Controlling Capital Budget
8. Organization of plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time and profits
9.



Coordination with the research and development department to ensure manufacturability of products at optimum productivity, quality & safety norms for new/existing products.
10. Understand and analyze graphs and statistics and other complex information;
11. Analysis of various parameters of productivity to initiate continuous improvement programmes
12. Giving presentations to managers and colleagues in other departments
13. Attending training courses and conferences
