About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Manager – Development & Marketing to support fundraising, marketing, and communication initiatives. The role will involve content creation, donor communication, social media, event coordination, volunteer management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media activities and online communication.
- Create engaging content for various communication and marketing requirements.
- Prepare and manage donor proposals, reports, and communications.
- Support fundraising and donor management activities.
- Coordinate with volunteers and support volunteer engagement.
- Prepare newsletters and annual reports.
- Plan and coordinate events and special projects.
- Handle related administrative and reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing,



Communications, Development, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, and basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with donor management software will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Passion for working in the social impact/non-profit sector.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
