Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.

Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience.





Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert into leads or sales.

Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US and Canada customers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Critical thinking and problem solving -

must be able to identify both easy and complex computer problems, analyze them, and solve them.

Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's. Must be Punctual.
