About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Persons to join our Manyavar & Mohey retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Handle sales of ethnic wear, wedding wear, festive wear, and related fashion products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, sizes, and available options to customers.
- Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products.
- Ensure proper arrangement, tagging, folding, and replenishment of merchandise.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the sales floor.




- Support billing, inventory, stock checking, and other store operations whenever required.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in retail sales / fashion retail / apparel / ethnic wear / lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Relevant brand experience may include:

- Ethnic wear and fashion retail brands
- Apparel and lifestyle brands
- Premium clothing stores
- Wedding and occasion wear brands
- Department stores and other organized retail formats

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Candidates with experience in Manyavar, Mohey or similar/relevant retail brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
