Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Take measurements of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.
- Maintain site records, Measurement Books (MB), and daily progress reports.
- Assist in BOQ verification, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.




- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Report site issues and support timely project completion.
- Read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in building construction, industrial projects, interior works, marble, flooring, false ceiling, or finishing works will be given preference.
